Introduction of Yoga Book

The practice of “ancient yogic routine” for the benefit of the world population.

This book is the first of its kind on natural preventative science, with the goal of strengthening and protecting the 100 trillion cells in our bodies. We have organized short courses on the AYR Health concept to spread awareness of this valuable health information to the general public.

Hundreds of people expressed positive feedback about the Ancient Yogic Routine health concept, which gave us a sense of lifetime satisfaction. At this point, Subramanyam garu and I felt the need to write a basic yoga book that would combine simple science with all of the yogic practices for a better understanding of the art of yoga.

He used to think that college and university students are the ideal age to understand the science behind yoga practices and that with just a little practice, they would become healthy and inspire others by sharing their positive health experiences. This belief persisted throughout the book writing process, as we felt the need to conduct brief AYR health concept-based courses, particularly in colleges and universities.

We planned to conduct a mass yoga training program for three thousand students at Michigan State University. As part of the course material, we planned to offer each student a book, and when things were going well, we designed the program accordingly.

My guru’s sudden and unexpected death shocked me one day and sent me into a temporary state of depression. Nevertheless, I have been motivated to take up this mission of sharing our ancient yogic practices under health education in order to benefit the world’s population and protect people from disorders, diseases, and early death.
