Coming to corporate training we try to introduce the importance of the movement to the body, where majority of the corporate people lead sedentary lifestyle, we introduce suskshmavyayama, just a 30 minutes practice helps to stretch each and every part of the body then the whole yogic system like five rules of drinking water to hydrate the body, then asasnas to reduce body fats and set right the imbalances of hormones, pranayamas to overcome the mental pressure and to get control over their mind likewise the each concept of yoga helps immensely the corporate employees to come out of their sufferings naturally.
