In my opinion: Ancient Yogic routine is like a HSP.
Ancient yogic routine is like a health safety protocol, by following this you can cure and prevent 90% of the health problems naturally, it is like when you drive a car.
If you follow the road safety protocol or rules like wearing a seat belt, following red signals, zebra crossing, using indicators to change lanes, speed limit alerts, accident prone sign boards, don’t drink and drive etc.
So that, you would reach your destination safely, as we all know these rules come under road safety protocol. Helps us to avoid painful accidents and deaths, and ensures even others safety.
Same way by following the ancient yogic routine health practices, we all can avoid several inflammatory disorders, diseases and death for sure.
If somebody thinks, it’s my car, my rules, if he drives as he wishes, whether he reaches the hospital or police station or would die in an accident.
